Perfect ME on rig BPOs

Everyone wants to cram their BPOs chuck full of ME levels in order to reduce the waste. Problem is, after a certain point, more research becomes the waste! Many people don't realize this and will research frigate blueprints up to ME 1000 or rig blueprints up to ME 100. All this is wasted time, isk and energy. Below you will find the complete list of rig BPOS along with the ME required to get "perfect ME". This means that when researching any rig BPOs, you DON'T want to research more than the levels listed below!

The recommended PE for these blueprints is 5-10 at the most. PE reduces construction time, but since the rigs are fairly quick to build, the only time PE 10 would be better than PE 5 would be when building max runs or extremely high numbers of rigs. Which means the average builder of 2-3 at a time would only need ME 5 to be good.
